Team Leaders, Small Group Leaders & Council Members:

Do you have pictures you would like to share with others? If you register you can create your own albums and upload pictures from any web browser. To add some fun you can add polls so viewers can vote for their favorite images. Use this form to register.

All new registrations will be reviewed by the administrator and church staff before permission is granted to create albums. An e-mail will be sent informing you of the status of your request. Please be patient for the reply as none may be made on weekends or holidays.

Only select members of Hosanna Lutheran Church in Covington, LA will be granted access to create albums. The administrators and church staff reserve the right to deny any registration request, cancel a current user's account and move, modify or delete any album or image.

This Permission Form needs to be completed, signed and submitted to the church office before any photographs containing minors can be posted.

Your whole name or personally identifiable information (such as phone number, address, etc.) will not be used.
